The Ostrich egg is the biggest egg and a quail egg the smallest. In between these sizes, Emu, Rhea, turkey, goose and duck eggs are also available seasonally. However, we want to use the Ostrich egg as a way of illustrating that a selection of rare breed eggs, are available at Waitrose.
